The application process for the 2013 Creative Minds In Cannes Film Program begins Monday September 17, 2012 and has two stages, EARLY DECISION APPLICANTS and GENERAL APPLICANTS. Being an Early Decision Applicant is highly encouraged because upon acceptance participants are given the opportunity to guarantee their spot early in the application process, take advantage of a $100.00 discount and have the option to pay the program fee in two installments. The 2012 Creative Minds In Cannes Film Program will take place May 13th - 27th, 2013 in Cannes France. EARLY DECISION APPLICANT TIMELINE

November 5, 2012 Deadline for Early Decision Applications (Hurricane Sandy Extension)
November 19, 2012 Early Decision Applicants are notified of acceptance
January 11, 2013 First Payment Installment is due
February 15, 2013 Second Payment Installment is due

GENERAL APPLICANT TIMELINE
September 17, 2012 Applications Are Available
December 28, 2012 Deadline for General Applications
January 4, 2013 General Applicants are notified of acceptance
February 15, 2013 Full Amount of Program Fee Is Due

Submission of COMPLETE application, including all essays, the Additional Application Requirements & the Non-Refundable Application Processing Fee ($30.00 for Early Decision Applicants & $55.00 for General Applicants) no later than December 28, 2012 (November 5, 2012 for early decision applicants). PLEASE BE ADVISED that your application submission WILL NOT be complete until you submit the additional Application Requirements and the $30 Early Decision App Fee or $55 General Applicant App Fee (Application is subject to cancellation without payment of the application processing fee within 24 hours of application submission).
